♡ Can use on completed models (free/paid/nitro/public) if you've purchased commercial license
♡ Can use on completed models for personal usages
♡ Can modify edit but still required to credit me & the original creator of the head
♡ Can be used for commissions if both parties own the edit

Not Allowed:
♡ Don't gatekeep or claim as your own
♡ Do not chargeback, refund, giveaway or leak

Rules of purchase (TOS):

• Do NOT refund, chargeback, re-sell, leak, trade, share or price split my assets!

• Do NOT take my assets off any completed models to use without the proper licensing. Always make sure to properly credit me & to purchase under the proper license/page for your completed personal or commercial models.

• You may have assistance by someone else to use or add the asset onto a commissioned or personal model. ONLY if you & they have purchased the asset according to the right licensing! (i.e commissioner buys "personal license" & commissioned buys (commercial license.")

• I’m not held accountable for any loss of products or future game/program updates that may break it, nor am I accountable to fix all issues. Buy at your own risk & note that I'm not always obligated to re-send loss of products if you've been caught going against TOS!

• You may use the asset on completed models for non-revenue content on any social media or free/public/nitro models, if you've purchased under either "personal" or "commercial" license.

• You may use the asset on completed models for revenue content such as Twitch or YouTube or to showcase your textures/asset work, if you've purchased under "commercial license."

• If for any reason my TOS has been infringed in any way, I have full rights to revoke ones access & request for all media, platforms & uploads, possession of the products or depiction of the products to be taken down immediately!!!

• I may at any time & at our sole discretion, modify these terms of services/use. Including our privacy policy, with or without notice of the user. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting.
